• Building Operations - Ensures ongoing operations of environmental and mechanical systems in approximately 80 County facilities. Performs maintenance and repair functions in the following areas:
  Heating, Ventilation and Cooling
  Plumbing
  Electrical
  Exterior and Interior Structural Frames (e.g. roofs, facades, walls and ceilings)
  Also responsible for custodial services, energy management programs, utility payments, and special events setup.
• Construction Management - Provides project management for vertical capital projects including new building construction and major renovations. Oversees all major phases of construction projects, including Planning, Design, Bid, Construction and Closeout.
• Renovations and Space Management - Assists building occupants in planning changes to work space to maximize operational efficiency and then performs the renovations utilizing County and/or contract staff.
