The mission of the Prince George's County Board of Elections is to promote voter education, to administer an efficient voting process, to maintain an accurate voter registration database, and to ensure that elected officials are elected in accordance with Federal, State, and County election laws.

Re-open Voter Registration, Monday, February 25, 2008
General Election
The deadline to request an absentee ballot for the General Election is as follows:
If the application is mailed, 4:30 p.m. on October 28, 2008; or
If the application is faxed, 11:59 p.m. on October 28, 2008.
After the deadline, a Late Application for Absentee Ballot must be completed in person at the Board of Elections
by November 4, 2008@ 8:00 p.m.
