The Opportunity

The Redevelopment Authority of Prince George’s County (‘the Authority”) seeks proposals from interested parties to lease, operate and manage approximately 1,600 square feet of commercial space currently owned by the Authority. The space is located at 3301 Rhode Island Avenue in the Prince George’s County Gateway Arts and Entertainment District. Proposal must be for a retail or educational arts related use that is consistent with the mission and vision of the Gateway Arts and Entertainment District.
