Child, Adult & Family Services

The Child, Adult and Family Services Division provides a wide array of services designed to help families face their problems and develop new ways of coping with and overcoming barriers to their well-being.

We help families to stay together while protecting and finding homes for children in need through services like foster care and adoption, child protection services and family preservation.

We are currently looking for loving families to open their hearts to adopt or foster a child in Prince George's County. There are children with special needs and siblings who want to stay together. If you want to become a foster parent, attend an information meeting.

Our Adult Services Program helps adults to live safe, fulfilling lives through our Independent Living, guardianship/foster care, protective services, in-home aide services and medical assistance programs.
