Administrative Division


Mission Statement
The mission of the Administrative Division is to effectively coordinate, manage and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the agency to ensure that both internal and external customers, as well as staff needs, are consistently met.

Composition of Division & Responsibilities
The Administrative Division of the Human Relations Commission is comprised of (1) full-time Administrative Aide and (2) limited term grant funded full-time Administrative Clerks. This division is responsible for the coordination and administering of client appointments, internal/external mail processing and distribution, internal/external telephonic inquiries, message retrieval and distribution, staffing coordination and overall office maintenance. In addition, this division coordinates and represents the agency at the monthly meeting of the Human Relations Commission Oversight Panel, and if requested, represents the agency at both government and community sponsored events.
